Q: How soon can I get something if I need it?
A: That depends on what the something is. If the item is something we stock, usually the same day, or maybe the next day in a worst case scenario. If the item is a specialty item that we do not stock, it will depend a great deal on how quickly we can get the item.

Q: What if I need something on a weekend?
A: Weekend deliveries are not a problem. We do try to avoid them if at all possible, but we know that in many cases, facilities get admits on weekends. In the event that a facility needs something on a weekend we will definitely take care of it.

Q: What is the weight capacity on your Bariatric Equipment?
A: It does vary, depending on the particular piece of equipment. All pieces of Bariatric that we carry has at least a 600 pound weight capacity.

Q: Am I in an area that you currently service?
A: We are a rapidly growing company, with more locations opening up very soon. The current route delivery areas are indicated in our coverage area map, in this website. We do, however, ship many of our items nationwide. So, depending on the item(s) you are looking for, we may be able to help you now.
